By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order, all goods are subject to prior sale.
FAW has the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at its own discretion and we are not obligated to provide any explanation in this regard.
If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card or another allowed payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All items remain the property of FAW until payment has been made in full.
The price of the products will be as stated on our website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. These prices may change at any time, but except in the above case, any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation of Order.
Refund Policy
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment and the payment will be fully refunded. However, if your order has already been dispatched then the normal procedures apply.
You have the right to return and get a refund of any item within 14 days of receiving the order. The goods must be returned in perfect condition. Returns must be paid for by the customer. Shipping charges as well as any charges at customs clearance must be paid by the buyer.
The customer is responsible for the care of the goods until acceptance of delivery and it is advisable to generously protect the package to prevent damage in transit.

We will give you a refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase and in the same conditions you received and bought it, once we have received them, and will not include, as indicated, delivery charges. Refund usually takes around a few working days to arrive to customer, depending method payment and location.
If your order is unable to move forward after delivery attempts, isn't claimed or picked up at the destination and item is finally return to sender/seller, it isn't considered a return or cancellation, we will not be responsible, and therefore your payment will not be refunded. If your order is retained to customs and you refuse to accept the delivery and item is finally return to sender/seller, it isn't considered a return or cancellation, we will not be responsible, therefore the payment will not be refunded and the customer shall pay in addition to shipping costs, if any.
FAW isn't obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.

Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the item(s) and the destination of the order and are calculated exactly in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.
All international orders are normally classified as "printed material" and no customs duties should be applied, however FAW can’t guarantee it, so the customer is the sole responsible for any customs duties, as well as for any additional amount or any local taxes in his/her country.
Customers residing outside the European Union are highly recommended to be informed on their country’s taxes and duties prior to placing an order. Nevertheless, FAW is always available to provide support and solutions.

Orders are normally processed on regular working days from Monday to Friday. We do our best to ship your item as soon as payment is received, though if you have any special requirement, please let us know. A dispatch email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
All shipments are fully traceable and it delivery at the specified address. Please check the shipping tracking information that you will receive via email to have the most accurate delivery date. Orders of value 250€ and above have higher calculated shipping to be sent only by recorded, fully insured courier.
All items are packaged as securely as possible and suitable materials in order to ensure that goods are received in the best possible condition.
As a general new guide you should expect to receive your order within the following timescales after shipment has taken place:

Worldwide shipping included UK: 10/25 business days
The seller commits to proceed at its best to deliver the order to the buyer within the timetable stated above. However the timelines are communicated on an indicative basis and an eventual delay could not lead to any interest and damages, deduction or cancellation of the order by the buyer.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, due to customs inspections or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
