Purple Ten Years Tears is a collaborative project by Christophe Brunnquell — longtime art director of the iconic art magazine Purple — and photographer Anders Edström, with the support of Helmut Lang. Published as a special supplement to Purple no. 14, this beautiful volume revisits the first decade of the influential French art magazine through a selection of images originally featured between 1992 and 2002. For this edition, the material was specially rephotographed and reinterpreted, creating a unique retrospective object dedicated to the visual legacy of Purple’s early years.
