A great catalogue of the exhibition 'Photography as Art · Art as Photography 2' which aimed at presenting all the manifestations of contemporary photography and their relation ship to society. This second exhibition continued the dialogue between contemporary visual art and pictorial photography by documenting developments which occurred over the late 70s. The catalogue showed the work about 50 artist (Helena Almeida, Christian Boltanski, Ruth Francken, Gilbert and George, Bettina Gruber, Jürgen Klauke, Annette Messager, Giuseppe Penone, Klaus Rinke...) divided into two main groups: 'Reflection of the Media' and 'From Documentation to Fiction', Each artist was asked to send a statement of his own and the their texts are very interesting to know their work a their relationship with photography.
